Our management starts with a follow up of cases that are periodically assigned according to arrears (daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly or more).
Allocations are covered by means of personalized, interactive and automatic phone calls. We also contact debtors by e-mail, SMS and mailing with a predetermined frequency.
If collection strategy and management require so, data enrichment is performed.
At present, we have different contracting alternatives, which are detailed below:
- "Renting" jobs based on prior agreements (ScoreCard).
